Our scheme is an exciting opportunity for aspiring graduates to gain valuable experience working alongside Engagement, Operational Support, Enforcement and other experts across our 4 Impact Areas: Regulation, Evidence, Policy, and Enabling.
You will be supported through a structured training programme, combining internal and external courses.

What can I expect from the Regulatory Leaders Graduate Scheme?
The RLGS offers real-world experience across a range of teams
Over 30 months you will:
- Rotate within the 4 Impact Areas: Regulation, Evidence, Policy, and Enabling, while collaborating with various teams, including Engagement, Operational Support, and Enforcement.
- Gain the skills, experience, and knowledge to succeed in a regulatory environment designed to equip you with the skills and tools to be a future leader within OPSS.
- Networking opportunities to build a strong professional network with colleagues, industry experts, and other stakeholders.
- Opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of consumers by working to ensure the safety and quality of products in the UK.
- At the end of the programme, you will have a permanent role within OPSS and the opportunity to further develop and progress your career.
